Industrial Textiles & Plastics (ITP) has added a new flame-retardant shrink wrap to its Powerclad range for use on construction and industrial sites.
Powerclad FR Tite is aimed at scaffolders, contractors and specialist installers needing temporary containment around refurbishment, maintenance and other works.
According to ITP, the sheeting is designed to create a dust-tight, weather-protected working area while helping contain dust and debris. The company says it is particularly suited to external applications where temporary protection and fire performance are project requirements.
Fire performance
ITP says Powerclad FR Tite has been tested to EN ISO 11925 and is Warringtonfire TS 62 certified. The shrink wrap is available in a range of sizes.
Matt Thompson, Sales Director at ITP, said: “Powerclad FR Tite builds on the proven performance of our Powerclad range and responds directly to the needs of contractors who require dependable temporary containment with enhanced fire performance.”
The product is available now through ITP for construction, refurbishment, maintenance and industrial applications.
