George Roberts makes announcement to it’s customers

Scaffolding suppliers George Roberts have today announced that they are NOT in the closing stages of a deal with Altrad.

The announcement was posted on the company’s website after we published an article with unconfirmed reports that the company was closing in on a deal with Altrad Group.

The Announcement from George Roberts reads:

Please be advised publication on a certain website and rumours regarding the purchase of George Roberts (North West) Ltd by the Altrad Group, being in the late stages of completion are unsubstantiated and untrue.

We continue to be an independent supplier of Access and Scaffold equipment.
