Description

Due to continued Growth, we are looking to recruit Advanced and Part 2 scaffolders for ongoing projects - MUST hold a valid CISRS/CSCS card.

In addition we are looking for an experienced Scaffold Contracts Manager to oversee new and existing projects, if you have a minimum 2 years in scaffold management to Advanced level. please contact Ollie below for the full job description, package dependent on experience.

We are based Jct13 M1, Bedfordshire. You would be expected to come to the yard in the mornings to meet the rest of the team - you will then be expected to go to site as part of a gang to erect and dismantle tube and fitting scaffold.

We have local work and also cover London, East of England and the Midlands, occasionally further afield.

positions are full time. Candidates must be honest and reliable, work well in a team, lead by example and able to communicate well. We will provide full PPE but you must supply your own safety boots.

You must have an in date CISRS/CSCS card. These positions are through the CIS scheme and pay is weekly depending on experience and hours.

Rates dependent on experience and negotiable.

Requirement for scaffolders

  • Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures according to safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Erect Tube and Fitting scaffold to TG20:21 guidelines
  • Utilise hand and power tools for construction tasks, ensuring quality and precision in work.
  • Collaborate with other trades, such as carpentry and plumbing, to support various construction activities.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to CISRS and CSCS standards.
  • Inspect scaffolding for integrity and safety compliance before use.

Requirement for Contracts Manager

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager in scaffolding
  • Advanced Scaffolder experience
  • CISRS Scaffolding Manager/Supervisor Course or SMSTS certification
  • Strong leadership & communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects & teams
  • Hands-on problem solver with a commitment to health & safety
  • IT proficiency & reporting skills
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Flexibility with working hours to meet client demands

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
