The expansion of the Company has been due to the hard work and expertise of TONE’s directly employed staff and we now have a vacancy for an exceptional individual to join our finance team.
Due to the growth of our award-winning company, we are seeking a full time Estimator to join our Contracting Department. The successful candidate will work alongside existing staff including estimating, contracts and quality management.
As an estimator you will be meticulous and diligent with excellent attention to detail and will have a flexible approach to achieving the end goal.
This role will include but not be limited to:
- Overseeing cost analysis
- Overseeing all cost implications relating to the bid and tender
- Ensuring bids are accurate and competitive
- Production of cost plans and budgets and regularly updating and managing cash flow forecasts
- Supporting your estimating colleagues with any business development related queries they may have
- Attending sites during the tender process and beyond
- Experience of pricing work under various forms of contract including NEC
We would like to hear from applicants who have:
- A relevant qualification in construction management and/or significant relevant experience
- A flexible approach to meet the demands of the business
- Excellent IT/Reporting skills
- Excellent communication skills, possessing the natural ability to be front of house and represent the business appropriately at all levels in all forums
