Description

TRAD UK's Glasgow depot is an extremely busy scaffolding and construction safety systems hire and sale outlet, and due to continuing success and increased levels of business, we are looking to recruit a full-time Category C HGV Driver / Labourer to drive and operate one of our 26-tonne rigid body trucks with lorry mounted crane.

Job type – Full-time / Permanent

Basic Hours – 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday

Salary – Competitive, depending on experience

Preferred Criteria:

  • Lorry Mounted Crane experience (Category C Vehicles and above only) is preferable but not necessary, as training can be given.

Experience:

  • Driving a Goods Vehicle: 1 year (preferred)
  • Driving: 1 year (essential)

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work may be required)

Location:

  • Paterson House, 244 Bernard Street Glasgow, G40 3NX: reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to commencing employment (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Full Category C (or CE) UK Driving Licence
  • Driver CPC (preferred)
