Operations Manager

Scafom-rux UK Ltd have an opening for an Operations Manager based at our NEW Hire and Sales operation in LEEDS, this is an opportunity to join a worldwide scaffold manufacturer with a background in client partnership and innovation at the start of these exciting times in the UK & Ireland.

Main Responsibilities:

• In accordance with corporate responsibility for the business, work effectively as part of the senior management team and take a "whole company" perspective to managing issues.
• The job holder has corporate responsibilities which extend across all business areas, and which require the job holder to actively promote best practice throughout the company.
• Previous experience in scaffolding Sales
• Previous experience as Manager in a scaffold environment.
• Organise Transport
• Manage a Yard Operation
• Must be organised, manage time effectively, able to deliver work on time and of a consistently high standard.
• Able to prioritise and manage workload.
• Must be IT literate with Microsoft Office and a knowledge of Exact would be an advantage.
• Identify critical path issues such as services and ensure plans are in place to meet key dates.
• Comply with responsibilities as laid down in the Group's Health, Safety & Environment Policy to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure the Operation runs in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures.

Experience Preferred:

• Temporary Works Coordinator
• Safety Accreditation
• Scaffolding Qualification
• Knowledge of the TG20-21
• Knowledge of System Scaffolding
• Working knowledge of Scaffolding Design
• Proven ability to manage complex scaffolding works.
