Your Responsibilities:
- Safe Transport: Safely drive and operate wagons to transport scaffolding materials to various sites.
- Loading and Unloading: Assist in the loading and unloading of scaffolding equipment, ensuring it is secure and handled with care.
- Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Maintenance Checks: Perform regular vehicle checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with site managers and scaffolders to coordinate deliveries and site requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Driving License: Must have a valid HGV Class 1 or 2 license with a clean driving record.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or in the construction/scaffolding industry is a plus.
- Certification: Relevant certifications H&S test, (CISRS Card/ CSCS Card) are essential, We can help you with this, if you don’t currently have one.
- Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Safety Conscious: Committed to always maintaining high safety standards.
- Good Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and site personnel.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to handle the demands of loading and unloading materials.
