Cape Agrees On Joint Venture With Prezioso Linjebygg SAS

Cape & Prezioso Linjebygg SAS join forces to create a ‘complete service capability’ to support the upcoming new-build nuclear programme in the UK.

Cape plc and Prezioso Linjebygg SAS, the international providers of essential support services to the energy and natural resources sectors, have announced that they have concluded an agreement to create a Joint Venture company to bring together the capacity, experience and skills of both organisations in order to support the upcoming new-build nuclear programme in the UK. The agreement is subject to necessary regulatory approvals.

This new company will offer the programme a complete service capability in terms of industry know-how in Europe, both organisations having a significant heritage in this sector in the UK and France.
