Your Responsibilities:

• Scaffold Erection and Dismantling: Construct and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all scaffolding work adheres to industry safety standards and regulations.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior scaffolders, fostering a culture of learning and development.
• Site Coordination: Work closely with site managers and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced techniques and problem-solving skills to address complex scaffolding requirements.
• Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the structural integrity and safety of scaffolding setups.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience as an advanced scaffolder, with a strong track record in the industry.
• Certification: Relevant scaffolding certifications (CISRS Advanced Scaffolder) are essential.
• Safety Focus: Deep commitment to safety practices and the ability to enforce them on-site.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team, provide clear instructions, and motivate others.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle challenging tasks.
