This is a full-time hybrid role as an SME Business Development Manager in the North UK. The role involves hunting for new business, supporting customers to grow through support in business & site, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields
- CISRS qualified scaffolder part 2 above
- Would suit someone looking to move off the tools, with a desire to progress into sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of the SME market and business trends
- Understanding of marketing strategies and techniques
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- a good basic package, plus open-ended commission, 8.5% pension contribution, 20 days holiday + Christmas extras and all public holidays
